Subscribers and Loyalty

So I've been observing the performances of all my YouTube accounts. The subscriber amount and loyalty amount do not balance correctly. I'm just gonna explain how I view each of my channels:

Up first I want to mention the central account. This one bothers me the least because this is where I go to upload miscellaneous content that I feel doesn't belong on my other channels or would feel weird to post these on one of them. The subscriber count is my lowest at only around 300 and my videos never get views. I feel like the account is underappreciated, I have so much fun composing music and trying new methods to make awesome content but nobody even bothers to listen to my music. Then again since it's the least greatest channel (and particularly my main account for things like commenting) it's not really a big deal. It might get more views if I posted it on the Mario Kart channel, which I will cover next.

hoppingicon - Mario Kart and More!

For the Mario Kart channel, it does decently better. It has 800 subscribers and my videos get some likes. The loyalty is also decent but it's a struggle for me as to what I should post there sometimes. I feel like HoppingiKart gets a little offtopic with the idea that it's Mario related. But I don't really have a problem here. I like the people that view my content and hit the like, even if it's far too little to be considered good it still makes me happy.

COREY BARBER is BACK!

This account has far more angered me than anything else I've ran. I get subscribers EVERY DAY, which may seem like the silver lining to the situation, but nobody ever views what I post. I pour my heart out into designing the characters and making animations for nobody. I can assume that once your favorite color is eliminated you want to say "ok I'm done here" and go off to find another based Algodoo channel. This account has way too many subscribers for the channel's lack of loyalty. I expect better from this channel.

Unofficial Milky Way

In contrast to the previously mentioned account, this one is by far my favorite account I have created! I receive the praise I deserve, with setting up a team to develop the Milky Way and the Galaxy Girls fanimated series by me. It really warms my heart to see the amounts of likes the video gets (it's still considered very tiny, but it's the best performance I've had so far). It may lack with only 500 subscribers, but you know what this entails? It's about quality, not quantity. Even though the Algodoo account has the most subscribers, nobody watches my recent content. Here, a lot more people watch it. I pour my heart out here into my animation and music for the profile and I get what I need! Thank you, Unofficial Milky Way community.

So yes. This is how I feel about all my accounts right now. And about this blog, I doubt anyone has read this and you're one of only a few to do so.

  1. relatable.

this is why every time i start a blog it dies in two to three posts, heh. and frick youtube, its too much effort for nothing.

that being said, 500 subs is actually amazing for a small youtube channel. many start but never grow cuz the only people who sub are the friends who wanna support you. in fact even your smallest channel, with 300 subs, its really a good place for it to be already. its already in the top 70% of small channels i bet :)

and about this blog, i just found it but i plan on coming back, heh.
